My name is Natalie Thorne and I graduated from Gaston College with an associate’s degree in Health and Fitness Science. I am a certified personal trainer through ACE and a wellness coach. I am a group instructor specializing in yoga and nutritional counseling. When I graduated from my program, I did several internships at different physical therapy facilities and now I specialize in rehabilitation, muscle strengthening, and prevention of injury. I have experience with a variety of age groups starting at 13 years old to 80 years old with weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, rehab, toning, diet plans, BMI testing, skin fold testing, injury strengthen, high intensity interval training, foam rolling, and overall goals for a healthy lifestyle. I have experience with a variety of mental illnesses such as Dementia, Parkinson’s, and Autism. Physical illnesses such as Ehlors Danlos, hypertension, hypotension, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, migraines, and vertigo. I do one on one private sessions in my home gym that includes an office, waiting room and a bathroom. My clients do not have to worry about an oversized crowded gym. My home gym consists of an infrared sauna, bike, weight cables, elliptical, stair master, bench press, free weights, kettle balls, foam rollers, yoga mats, and resistant bands. After each session with my clients, the equipment, weights, mats, and sauna are all sanitized properly to prevent the spread of covid and any other viral plague.
